Hospitality Students Decked Out and Ready to Start Certificate II
Hospitality Students Decked Out and Ready to Start Certificate II
They say a picture says a thousand words…decked out in their new Hospitality uniform, the smiling faces on these Year 11 students reflect a lot of excitement and anticipation as they embark on their Hospitality Certificate II course.
This accredited course is an extension to our previous Certificate I which has already been completed by our current year 12’s who will be the first recipients of the Certificate II. The main focus of this course is to complete a range of competencies that relate to the Hospitality and Tourism industries.
We anticipate the students will be engaged in lots of beneficial learning experiences as we partner with Fresh Café, Novatel Twin Waters and other work placements for gaining specific competencies. This two year course will be taught and supported by the team of Hospitality teachers, Michelle Birrell (Fresh Café), Vet co-ordinator Fiona Bogaart, Deputy Principal Greg Mattiske and Principal Mark Ash.
